Joseph Smith has been in property management since 2011. He began while attending Auburn University and has grown his experience and size of assets managed over the past decade. Currently Joseph manages properties in Atlanta, Macon, Richmond, High Point, two locations in Florida and three in the Chicago area. His responsibilities include the operations and maintenance of all these facilities. Joseph uses his excellent relationship building skills and property maintenance knowledge to deliver outstanding service to his facilities. Detailed planning, scheduling and follow-up help ensure customer expectations are not only met but exceeded.

 

Joseph is originally from Gadsden, Alabama and studied finance at Auburn University. He has lived in Atlanta for several years and is active in the local community. He enjoys Auburn football, cooking, traveling, and taking care of his Cocker Spaniel named Nicki.
