Bradley who joined the firm after making his mark in health care with the region's largest healthcare real estate representatives, providing the finest upgrades and building amenities is just the beginning. Bradley and his colleagues are familiar faces to all Bauman owners and occupants. They’re known for 24/7 accessibility and for hosting and attending special events for tenants, prospects and brokers.

 

His approach to identifying new opportunities for Bauman investors is equally hands on. Bradley spends weeks or longer on site of a potential acquisition, studying the environment, meeting tenants and analyzing the opportunity from every possible angle.

 

Bradley says his effectiveness is enhanced by a team of colleagues who strongly complement one another. They bring a powerful mix of experience and sound judgment to every transaction. The result? A reputation for excellence and ethical business dealings.

 

Bradley is a graduate of Indiana University. He devotes time helping others through the Jewish Foundation of Greater Atlanta and Atlanta's Meals on Wheels.
